What , Why and How about Cold Pressed Oils.

Live the grand (parent) life !

Ask our grandparents and they will tell us how they went to the ‘ghani’ to buy oil. It is this nutritious oil, cold pressed and extracted from the ‘ghani’ that gave them the vigour and vibrance. The olden day ‘ghani’ did not extract as much oil as the modern day oil mills extract, but by shifting to the highly efficient machines we have compromised on the nutrition value of oils.

Quality is what matters !

Quality is what matters when it comes to the ‘Ghani’. These ‘Ghani’ extracted oils are of best quality because temperature in the processing does not rise to a level that could be detrimental to the ingredients. The oil thus extracted retains its genuine flavour, aroma and nutrients.

Why the fizz or foam ?

Have you observed that when you strain any thick liquid through a sieve (Chalni in Hindi) there is a foam and fizz in the product upon sieving? Just the same way the foam and fizz in the oil is because it has been sieved during filtration. The fizz in your product reflects that it has been filtered through a sieve & no chemicals used in entire process. So, It is a sign of purity.
