1. Once the product is shipped, you will no longer be cancelling your order. But order can be cancelled before shipping.
2. You can also cancel the order after receiving by sending return request on info@livoil.in and get the confirmation from us .We encourage our customers to try the product as our products are very genuine and strictly manufactured under expert’s supervision.
3. Rs.40/- Lit return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount, for the product returning any reasons except mentioned in point no 6 below.
4. We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked if complaints raised within 2 days of order receipt. (Clause 3 will be applicable)
5. The reimbursement will be within 7-14 calendar days of order returned at store, only if the seal of product is not broken, and the condition of product label and bottle is not damaged.
6. However, the full refund will be given if, you receive any damaged product or incorrect product or if product is out of stock.
7. The amount will be refunded on the same original method of payment you have used.
8. if delivery attempted fails for two times, in that case by default the material will be return to our place, in that case the product can be redelivered at your cost.

A. Yes, LivOil delivers 25000 pin codes of India.
Q.Is there any minimum quantity or billing mandatory get product home delivered?
A.The delivery is absolutely free for orders Rs.399 /- and above.
Q.How much time is required for Livoil Delivery?
A. Within MMR region maximum of two days. In tier one cities 3 days , tier two cities 5 days and tier three cities 7 days. (Subject to no disturbance to shipping partner).
Q.I do not have net banking or any digital banking option?
A. No worries, we have cash on delivery option for you.
Q.Will Livoil also deliver bulk order?
A. Yes, we deliver up to 20 Kg in single bulk order.
