Delivery Policy
At Livoil, we ensure a smooth and timely delivery process. Please review our delivery terms below:
1️⃣ Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. However, orders can be canceled before shipping.
2️⃣ Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice.
- If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
- Customers can request redelivery at their own cost.
3️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@livoil.in for a full refund or replacement.
4️⃣ Out-of-Stock Items
- If a product goes out of stock after purchase, customers will receive a full refund.
5️⃣ Returns After Delivery
- If you wish to return the product after delivery, you may request a return by emailing info@livoil.in and obtaining confirmation from us.
6️⃣ Return Shipping Charges
- A ₹40/liter return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds for returns except for cases in point 3.
7️⃣ Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 calendar days after the returned product is received.
- The product seal must be intact, and the label & bottle must not be damaged.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
