Is there a minimum order quantity or billing amount required for home delivery?
Delivery is absolutely free for orders of ₹599/- and above.
How long does LivOil take to deliver?
Delivery times are as follows:
- MMR region: Maximum of 2 days
- Tier 1 cities: 3 days
- Tier 2 cities: 5 days
- Tier 3 cities: 7 days
(Delivery time is subject to no disruptions with the shipping partner.)
I do not have net banking or any digital payment option. Can I still place an order?
No worries! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
Do you ship internationaly?
Yes, we deliver up to 20 kg in a single bulk order.
How can I check if my product has been shipped?
You will receive an SMS notification as soon as your product is shipped. You can also track your order online.
What happens if my order is undelivered due to my unavailability at the time of delivery?
No problem! Your order can be re-delivered at a nominal cost, or you can collect it from our store.
