At Livoil, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
1️⃣ Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
2️⃣ Returns After Delivery
- You may request a return by emailing info@livoil.in and obtaining confirmation from us.
- We encourage customers to try our products, as they are genuinely crafted under expert supervision.
3️⃣ Return Shipping Charges
- A ₹40/liter return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, except for cases listed in point 6.
4️⃣ Money-Back Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 2 days of receiving the order.
- No questions asked! Clause 3 will apply to such returns.
5️⃣ Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 calendar days after the returned product reaches our store.
- The seal must be intact, and the product label & bottle should not be damaged to be eligible for a refund.
6️⃣ Full Refund Cases
- You will receive a full refund in cases where:
✔️ The product is damaged upon arrival.
✔️ An incorrect product was delivered.
✔️ The ordered product is out of stock.
7️⃣ Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8️⃣ Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails twice, the package will be returned to us.
- Customers can request redelivery at their own cost.
